1. Scope
By accessing or using any of LumiBotix’s services, digital products, or physical goods (collectively “Offerings”), you agree to these terms. We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website.
2. Services Provided
LumiBotix offers installation, configuration, and technical support for AI home devices. Services may be delivered remotely or on-site as agreed.
2.1 Service Transfer
Requests to transfer a scheduled service appointment to a later date must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Promotional service bundles may not be transferable.
2.2 Non-Refundable Services
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all booking fees for on-site installations are non-refundable due to resource allocation and personnel scheduling requirements.
3. Info Products
LumiBotix provides digital guides, videos, and tutorials for setting up and optimizing AI home devices (“Info Products”). Upon delivery of these digital assets, sales are final. However, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase under exceptional circumstances; each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Physical Goods
We offer hardware devices and accessories. If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Approved claims are eligible for a refund or replacement upon submission of supporting evidence such as photographs or error details.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refund Process: All approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Please allow additional time for any third-party provider processing.
5.2 Refund Eligibility: Eligibility depends on the type of Offering:
- Service Bookings: Booking fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions are granted at our sole discretion under the Info Products guidelines.
- Info Products: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Goods: Defective items reported within 14 days are eligible for a refund or replacement.
5.3 Service Transfers: Approved transfers incur no additional fees if requested with at least 48 hours notice. Unused, non-refundable services cannot be converted to store credit or substituted with other services.
6. Limitation of Liability
LumiBotix’s total liability for any claim related to any Offering shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Offering. We are not liable for any indirect damages or data loss arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Zurich.
